We sell kitchen appliances, audio equipment, gym equipment, home accessories, home appliances, kitchenware, phone & tablets, Printers & Scanners, safety ware & equipmentand and Tv & DVDs. All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES).

3. Orders and Payments

Orders can be placed online or by contacting us via phone or WhatsApp. Accepted payment methods include:

• Cash on Delivery
• Direct Bank Transfer

4. Delivery

Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all regions within Kenya. Delivery applies to our entire catalogue of products.

Delivery Cost
Delivery is free of charge for all orders.

Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed by 20:00 (GMT+03:00, East Africa Time – Nairobi) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.

Handling Time
The handling time for all orders in days is 0–1 business days (Monday to Saturday).

Transit Time
The transit time in days is 0–3 business days depending on your location.

Total Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time based on customer locations is 0–4 business days.

Currency
All delivery terms are based on Kenyan Shillings (KES).

5. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for defective and non-defective products. Accepted product condition: new and slightly used items. Returns must be made within 5 days of delivery. Refunds are processed within 2 days. No restocking fees apply. Returns can be made in-store, by post, or at a drop-off location. All refunds are in Kenyan Shillings (KES).
