Delivery Fee

A flat rate of KES 500 applies to all orders, regardless of location or order value.

Pickup Hours

Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed by 8:00 PM (GMT+03:00) are processed the same business day.

Handling Time

Orders are typically ready for dispatch within 0 to 1 business day (Monday to Saturday).

Transit Time

Delivery typically takes 0 to 3 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within 0 to 4 business days from order placement.

Order Processing

Orders placed after 8:00 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Notifications

You will receive confirmation and tracking details via email or SMS once your order is shipped.

Failed Deliveries

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or failed pickup, we will contact you to reschedule. Additional fees may apply.
