Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:

- Returns must be initiated within 5 days from the date of delivery.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
2. Exchanges
We accept product exchanges under the following conditions:
- The item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
- A different size, color, or variant is required.
- The exchange request must be made within 5 days of delivery.
- Products must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging.

5. Fees & Refund Processing
- Restocking fees: None
- Refund processing time: Within 2 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Used products, or those not in their original packaging and condition
- Items returned after the 5-day window
7. Warranty Information
Some products come with a manufacturer or store warranty.
